Of course, an accident can always happen!
If there is any damage to headphones or transmitters during rental we would like to hear about it.
We try as much as possible to repair the damage ourselves.
Is something broken because of wear and tear we will of course not charge anything.
If something is broken that has nothing to do with wear and tear, the repair costs can be as high as €40,- for headphones and €60,- for a transmitter.
Is an adapter cable lost/broken? Then you may provide a new one yourself or we will bring €8,- charged.
Do we discover (without notification from you) while checking that headphones are broken or missing will be immediately €40,- per lost headset charged.
